Dean: My name is Dean Lowry and I'm the Technology Teacher at Mark Twain Elementary in Houston ISD. I've taught at 3 different schools in HISD over the last 19 years. I taught 2nd or 3rd grade for 10 years and for the last 9 have been in the Computer Lab.
